It does so on a federal, state, local and foreign level.  Currently, our Corporate Tax Department is seeking an Attorney or CPA/MBA to join the team.   Description: This position is responsible for researching and planning general corporate, partnership, international, withholding and employment tax matters for Citigroup's Institutional Client Group with a focus on the Global Transaction Services ("GTS") business.  GTS offers integrated treasury and trade solutions and securities and fund services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and the public sector around the world.  The candidate should anticipate spending 50% of their time on GTS related matters and 50% of their time on general tax work including special projects.  Work involves analyzing corporate and partnership issues, reviewing agreements, reviewing new GTS products, advising on and structuring acquisitions, dispositions and drafting memoranda in connection therewith.
